Skipper (Fishing Unlimited Waters) – Regulation 40

Course Description: ‘Unlimited Waters Command Course’, previously known as High Seas Command, entitles you to safely navigate outside the 200 mile limit from shore. Skippers sailing in these waters require a specific skill-set to safely operate their vessel. The ‘Unlimited Waters Command Course’ deals with a wide range of subjects to ensure that we achieve this objective.
