Efficient Cook Course | SAMSA Certified
Course Description: This is a SAMSA certified course for those working on board ships. Under STCW-F, all cooks sailing on vessels over 24 meters require certification to operate as such. This course teaches you how to cook on board a ship, and how to manage a galley kitchen. Topics include cooking, budgeting, stores management, and how to create substantial meals using minimal tools and a lean pantry. We also focus on personal hygiene, cooking hygiene, and safety in the kitchen. This is a must for every cook. every cook.
