Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which, together with our ‘Privacy Policy‘, govern TRU4’s relationship with you concerning this website. The term “SSTG Academy” or “SSTG” or “sstg.co.za” or “TRU4 (Pty) Ltd” or “TRU4” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose physical office is located at 21 Ocean View Avenue, Stompneus Bay, South Africa, 7382.   1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
    SSTG Academy is a product of TRU4 (Pty) Ltd and a business in the Learning and Development industry that provides maritime training, online e-learning, Vocational, Technical Training, Corporate training, IT support and skills development.

  2. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 10-minutes for online transactions, confirmation of such to be confirmed via email at the time of registration. The Corporate Training and Skills Development programmes are subject to 24-48 hours from confirmed receipt of payment, and delivery will be confirmed by way of an email.

  3. Return and Refunds policy
    The provision of Maritime Training, Corporate Training and Skills Development programmes by SSTG is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SSTG will refund the client as per the terms within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a minimum of a 20% administration fee. Should you wish to cancel the booking, the cancellation must be received in writing 7 days (189 hours) or more before the start date of the course, in which case only the deposit will be withheld. Any cancellations received less than 7 days before the course starts will result in full payment of the course. No email correspondence shall override any monies that are due as per this contract.

  4. Customer Privacy policy
    SSTG shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users per our Privacy Policy. For this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).   5. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the TRU4 bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

  6. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for TRU4 (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Sockets Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Paygate may make use of PAYPAL to process some payments as selected by you.

  7. Customer details separate from card details
    Customer details will be stored by SSTG and/or TRU4 (Pty) Ltd separately from card details, which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate, refer to. www.paygate.co.za

  8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). PAYPAL currency will be in USD if you select that payment gateway.

    TRU4 (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and TRU4 (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 21 Ocean View Drive, Stompneus Bay, Western Cape, 7382.
