ETO – SAMSA STCW Electro-Technical Officer
Course Description: The Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) STCW course prepares learners to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the electrical, electronic, and automation systems found on modern ships. The programme is aligned with the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) Convention and is approved by the South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA). Graduates are equipped with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to serve as Electro-Technical Officers on merchant vessels operating internationally.
