Course Description: This course will prepare the learner to safely perform a Navigational watch in Coastal Waters inside the 200 Nautical Mile limit, as a Skipper/Deck officer of a Fishing vessel over 24 meters and under 24 meters (Limited). Unlimited Waters Command Caters for the Unlimited endorsement which will allow the holder to operate outside the 200 Nautical Mile mark (Unlimited)…

The course subjects will provide the learner with the necessary skills to act responsibly onboard the vessel and to effectively make decisions regarding the safety of the vessel, crew and environment during his/her Navigational watch.

At the end of this course learners will know how to safely operate a fishing vessel in Coastal Waters or the High Seas dealing with crew, weather, emergencies and various other factors.
